The hotel is centrally located next to the Gateway Arch along the Mississippi River, making it easy to access downtown attractions. The rooms were initially a bit dirty but became exceptionally clean and comfortable. The service was a mix of helpful and knowledgeable staff with a few instances of borderline rudeness. The dining experience was generally nice but somewhat overpriced. The hotel facilities offered a decent stay overall.

The hotel had all the amenities and was very accommodating, but the rooms were not as clean as expected, especially later in the evening when noise from a party disrupted the peace. The location was convenient with easy access to attractions, although the gym could get crowded at times.

The rooms seemed ideal until 12:15 when a group of people decided to continue their party right in that area, drunkenly screaming and slamming the door repeatedly. They were not adequately supplied with towels and were not as clean as they could have been.

The service was friendly and welcoming. The staff was very accommodating despite how busy they were, but they left all our garbage in the room and only made one of our beds.

The location was really convenient with easy access to everything, but lines to use the treadmills and cardio equipment could be a hassle.
